When does Brevard Grace House open?

Brevard Grace House opens January 15, 2027. We are speaking with women and families now, so you can ask questions, plan funding, and schedule a move-in around the opening.

Is Brevard Grace House certified?

Brevard Grace House is going through the FARR (Florida Association of Recovery Residences) Level 2 certification review process. Once that review is complete, it will be a FARR Level 2 certified recovery residence. Confirm current certification status with admissions or at farronline.org.

Who is Brevard Grace House for?

Brevard Grace House is a women-only sober living community for adult women committed to sobriety and ready for a structured, supportive living environment. Admissions reviews each person's needs and fit individually.

Is the home MAT-friendly?

Our model welcomes women taking prescribed Medication-Assisted Treatment, including Suboxone, Vivitrol, or methadone. Residents self-administer prescribed medications under house protocols. Discuss your medications with admissions before move-in.

What are the costs?

The weekly rate is $195 with a one-time $100 move-in fee. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and weekly group coaching are included. Confirm current rates and move-in arrangements directly with admissions.

Is this a treatment facility?

No. Brevard Grace House is a recovery residence, not a detox center or a clinical or medical treatment provider. Coaching and peer support complement care from licensed professionals; they do not replace it.

What is expected of residents?

Residents commit to sobriety, screening, weekly house meetings, household responsibilities, recovery activities, and at least 32 hours per week of employment, education, volunteering, or approved productive activity.

How long can I stay?

Length of stay depends on your needs, progress, and continued fit with the home. Admissions will talk through expectations and help you plan your next steps.
