Under our recovery housing model, the weekly rate includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and weekly group coaching. Confirm current pricing and your payment plan with intake before move-in.

Brevard Grace House is going through the FARR Level 2 certification review process and will be a FARR Level 2 certified recovery residence once certification is complete.

What happens next?

After your first call, intake will review your recovery goals, medications, work plan, and funding. You’ll discuss fit and availability for the January 15, 2027 opening before receiving any application and move-in instructions.

Review the house agreement before arrival. Your length of stay is based on your needs, progress, and continued fit with the home.
