The short answer: $195 per week, plus a $100 move-in fee
Brevard Grace House’s owner-confirmed rate is $195 per week, all-inclusive, plus a one-time $100 move-in fee. The women’s recovery residence opens January 15, 2027 and is accepting inquiries now. It is not currently open, and an inquiry does not reserve a placement.
That is the price for this home, not an average for all sober living in Brevard County. Other residences may use different payment periods, include different services, or have separate charges. Compare the written terms of each actual home rather than treating every weekly quote as equivalent.
What the Grace House weekly rate includes
The weekly rate includes utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar, household supplies, and weekly group coaching. Live-in house management and peer accountability are part of the residence’s program.
An equipped kitchen is not a promise that all groceries or meals are supplied. Likewise, internet access does not establish that a personal phone plan is covered. Ask about any expense that matters to your budget instead of assuming that “all-inclusive” means every personal living cost.

Calculate housing costs without inventing a monthly rate
For a four-week planning period, four payments of $195 total $780. Adding the one-time $100 move-in fee makes that example $880. This is arithmetic for four weeks, not a quoted monthly rate or a statement of the amount due on arrival.
Calendar months do not all contain exactly four weeks. Ask admissions for the payment schedule, the first payment due, accepted methods, and any written terms about leaving or refunds before paying. If family members are helping, agree on the amount and duration of their support in advance.
Build a budget around your Brevard routine
Make separate planning lines for groceries, transportation, personal supplies, phone service, prescribed medication, and outside health care. Confirm what you personally need and what your own coverage or funding supports. This is a budgeting checklist, not a list of additional fees charged by Grace House.
For a woman working in Melbourne, Palm Bay, Cocoa, or Titusville, a commute can change the practical cost of a placement. Obtain the confirmed residence location and check your actual shift and appointment trips before estimating transportation. Grace House has not promised transportation or job placement.
Ask these questions before committing funds
Request the written house agreement and clarify payment timing before arranging a move. Brevard Grace House is a recovery residence, not a clinical treatment provider; housing fees should not be mistaken for medical treatment coverage.
Call or text admissions at (407) 758-0958 and specify Brevard Grace House. Ask about future admission for the January 15, 2027 opening, your total initial payment, and the written expectations. Do not send medical records or detailed health information by text.
- What amount is due before arrival?
- When are subsequent weekly payments due?
- Which payment methods or funding arrangements are accepted?
- What are the written cancellation, departure, and refund terms?
